Job Description:
Expert with R, SAS or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, 3+ years experience in monetization and retention analytics in ecommerce,
Strong background in statistical or mathematical modeling
Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability
Solid understanding of statistical modeling / predictive analysis/ machine learning / data mining / recommender system concepts
Business world Proficiency in SQL
Good presentation and communication skills
Scripting experience in Python, Ruby, or Javascript
Experience on Unix/Linux OS
Experience of Hadoop, Hive and Map/Reduce programing,Expertise in applied statistics, including regression models.
Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.
Able to clearly communicate to non-technical audiences and make findings transferable into the
