An invitation to participate in a Delphi study to define "eHealth"
Following a presentation at MIE2012 in August, Chris Showell and I are setting up a Delphi study to discover whether there is a good consensus definition of "eHealth". We would like to involve as many people as possible, from academia (researchers, teachers and students) the healthcare industry (practitioners, support staff and administrators), health IT (vendors, developers, implementers) as well as patients and citizens. The initial response has been encouraging, but we would like to increase the number of participants in some groups which appear to be under-represented. We have only one participant from South America - Peru - but I would also like to see more other countries represented on list.
If you are interested in participating, you can view details of the project at define-ehealth.com. If you decide to participate, please register over the next week or two, to ensure that you are included in the first round of the Delphi process. We would also like you to pass on the invitation and the link to anyone else you think might be interested.
