  • Explore the benefits and risks of engaging with different sectors to ensure universal health coverage targets are met by 20230.
  • Highlight best practices  of sustainable collaborations between various stakeholders to unlock the potential of digital technologies.

  • Discuss the importance of developing digital health solutions in a fair and inclusive manner.
  • Promote gender equality and inclusivity in healthcare particularly as it relates to digital technologies, to prevent a digital divide that exacerbates healthcare disparities.

  • Discuss the need for effective legislation, regulation, and policies to provide a predictable environment for investment and innovation.
  • Emphasise the importance of a global health data governance framework to ensure equitable and rights-based standards.

  • Consider the ways a fully digitised health system would need to be resourced, and where these resources (technical and financial) could come from.
  • Explore ways to coordinate and align investments across diverse stakeholders to drive a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable transformation.

  • Examine the potential benefits and associated risks of digital health innovations.
  • Address the need to bridge the digital literacy gap and ensure digital health solutions are inclusive, ethical, and secure.

  • Explore the intersection between digital health and climate change.
  • Discuss how digital health technologies can mitigate the impact of climate change and promote sustainability.
