Olá,
a portaria, como está no anúncio  e o André explicou encontra-se com o Ministro da Saúde para ser publicada. O conteúdo  da  minuta http://portal.saude.gov.br/portal/arquivos/pdf/2c_221210.pdf foi aprovado na íntegra, havendo somente algumas alterações na redação.
