This LinkedIn community focuses on everything related to certification programs for health information technologies (HIT), such as international, national and regional certification programs, regulations, education and training, research and development, events, news and publications and other activities. Examples of certification domains are electronic health and medical records (EHR/EMR), software interoperability (such as IHE - Integrating the Health Record, HIMSS ConCert, HL7, etc.), adherence to HIT standards and terminologies, medical devices (FDA, European Community), professional certifications (CPHIMS, CPTICS, CAHIM, HL7...), process certifications, and so on. Professional certification programs, such as CPHIMS, are also covered.
