Announcements and Updates from BHTY Platform & DLT Journal   New Mission Blockchain in Healthcare Today (BHTY) is the leading international open access ​peer reviewed journal that amplifies and disseminates platform approaches in healthcare and distributed ledger technology research and innovations. Fields of interest include healthcare information systems, clinical computing, leveraging data science tools and techniques, interoperability, cryptography (including consent mechanisms, privacy preservation, and security of health data), clinical trials management, network technologies, supply chain management, revenue cycle automation, immersive technologies, tokenomics, governance, regulation, and failed experiments in this expanding specialty field of research. New Frequency Beginning in 2024, BHTY will publish three (3) issues, April, August and December. Plan writing your manuscript and author reviews accordingly for submission deadlines. The deadline is the first of the month preceding the next issue. Submit your paper early. Those under review will be routed for the next publication date.  There is no perfect paper, and all submissions receive a minimum of two review rounds. DAS Requirement Beginning 2024 What's a Data Availability Statement (DAS)? A Data Availability Statement (also called Data Access Statement) tells the reader if the data behind a research project can be accessed, where and how. Authors should include hyperlinks to public databases to make it easier for the readers to find them. What's an example of a data availability statement? The data that support the findings of this study are openly available in [repository name] at [URL], reference number [reference number]. The authors confirm that the data supporting the findings of this study are available within the article [and/or] its supplementary materials. For details click here. Authors may submit a variety of article types including concept/methodology, case use, pilot implementation, review papers, technical briefs, short reports, and Letters to the Editor.
